Each 10’x10′ space includes:

  • 8′ table with black cover.
  • 2 chairs.
  • Black backdrop.
  • 2 weekend passes for staff.

Exhibitor Registration for Midsummer Scream 2017 is now open!

PLEASE NOTE: The 2017 showfloor is SOLD OUT. Please fill out the form to be added to the waitlist. We will only be able to notify you if a space opens.

Waitlist priority goes to Halloween specific products and services such as props, decor, special effects, and other items for home haunters, professional haunted attraction and theatre producers, and high end collectors.

We will notify anyone who submits with their status, and if we’re unable to accept you at this time we will add you to our wait-list. If you are accepted payment is due within 14 days of invoice to hold your space.

Please review the following information:

  • Exhibitor spaces and tables are not confirmed until paid in full. To guarantee the lowest posted rates, payment must be made by the posted deadlines unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the event producers.
  • Please note the above table and booth rates do not include additional services, including wi-fi or access to electricity.
  • Wireless Internet is provided by Smart City. Daily access in the exhibit hall is $79.99 for basic internet usage, in the meeting rooms for $12.95, and free in the lobby.
  • Electricity needs to be ordered separately from Edlen Electric – costs begin at $110 for 120 Volt / 500 Watts (5 Amps) for the weekend.
  • Any exhibitor or vendor conducting sales at Midsummer Scream is required to have a valid California seller’s permit, which can be obtained free quickly and easily here.
  • All exhibitors and vendors must have proof of liability insurance and list Creepy LA Productions, LLC as additional insured. ACT Insurance provides this $40 weekend package that most vendors and exhibitors will qualify for.
  • All exhibitors must check in and set up their booths on the day before the event (Friday, July 28). This applies even to simple booth set-ups.
  • If you are planning to sell food of any kind please contact us in advance to ensure the sales are in compliance with both local laws as well as Long Beach Convention Center’s policies.
  • All exhibitors are responsible for observing and following all national, state, and local laws and policies.
  • All booths and tables are required to be manned and operated for all public hours of the event and may incur a penalty for failing to respect this guideline. No early breakdowns.
  • Promotions or solicitations by any group, business, service, or event not registered as an exhibitor or sponsor of Midsummer Scream is prohibited without prior written permission of the event producers.

Are there any local hotel deals?

We are currently working with the Hyatt Regency (adjacent to the LBCC) and the Best Western Plus Hotel At The Convention Center on discounted rates for Midsummer Scream exhibitors and attendees. Details to be posted soon.

When Do Exhibitors Load In?

Most exhibitors will be required to load in and set up on Friday, July 28, with an option for more elaborate setups to begin on Thursday, July 27.

What Are The Show Hours?

Midsummer Scream will be open to the public on Saturday, July 29 from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday, July 30 from 11am to 6pm.
