Diane’s love of Halloween started with birthday parties for her daughter which was very close to Halloween. What started as only parties quickly turned into a haunted house. 24 years later, the haunted house turned out to be an icon in Burbank along with raising thousands of dollars for charity. Diane’s love for decorative painting also started when her daughter was young which turned into a career with her teaching all over the United States and publishing over 11 books. Her love for both Halloween and decorative painting collided to help make their haunted house one of the must-see home haunts in the San Fernando Valley – Rotten Apple 907 – with elaborate painting, props and themes that change nearly every year.
