Midsummer Scream 2023 Booth & Table Rates

The Midsummer Scream showfloor is carefully curated to ensure a variety of products and services for the haunt, horror, and Halloween enthusiast and professional communities.

Please sign up below – if your product or service is a fit, we will notify you once registration opens or when space is available.
  • Exhibitor Booths

  • 10×10 or larger spaces for booths or other large displays, room for customers to enter their space, or to hold a large amount of product.

    Need a larger space? Each additional (adjacent) 10×10 space is $790. (Booth sharing not permitted).

    Corner spaces:  Additional +$545 per corner. (Includes additional 8′ table. Very limited number available.)

     

    Each 10’x10′ space includes:

    8′ table with black cover.

    2 chairs.

    Black backdrop.

     

    2 weekend passes for staff (additional discount passes will be available for staff).

    Note: Table sharing is not permitted. To qualify as a table space set-up must fit within a 6′ wide x 5′ deep space. Corners are not available for table spaces.

Exhibitor Registration

Important:
• Exhibitor spaces and tables are not confirmed until paid in full and contract is signed.
• Invoices for exhibitor spaces must be paid within seven days of being sent. Unpaid invoices after this time will be deleted.
• This is a curated showfloor — in order ensure a quality experience for guests and exhibitors, we limit the number of certain vendors selling similar products on the show floor (ie, t-shirts and apparel, general horror collectibles, bath products, etc.). If we are unable to accept you as an exhibitor we will notify you soon after your submission.

Additional Cost Considerations

Please note the above table and booth rates do not include additional services, including wi-fi or access to electricity. Below info reflects 2019 rates — this page will be updated when we confirm 2022 rates.

  • Wireless Internet is provided by Smart City. Daily access in the exhibit hall is $79.99+ for basic internet usage, in the meeting rooms for $12.95, and free in the lobby. Midsummer Scream has no control over these rates or services.
  • Electricity needs to be ordered separately from Edlen Electric – costs begin at $115 for 120 Volt / 500 Watts (5 Amps) for the weekend. Midsummer Scream has no control over these rates or services.
  • All exhibitors and vendors are expected to have proof of liability insurance and list Black Cat Orange as additional insured. Note: ACT Insurance sells packages most vendors and exhibitors will qualify for for $50.

Additional Requirements

Please review the following information:

  • Exhibitor spaces and tables are not confirmed until paid in full. To guarantee the lowest posted rates, payment must be made by the posted deadlines unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the event producers.
  • Booth or table sharing/splitting is not permitted. Please contact us with any questions regarding collectives or other possible special conditions.
  • The State of California requires that any exhibitor or vendor conducting sales at Midsummer Scream is required to have a valid California seller’s permit, which can be obtained free quickly and easily here.
  • All exhibitors must check in and set up their booths on either Thursday, July 28 and/or Friday, July 29, 2022 and ready for customers by 6pm on Friday, July 29. Arrangements for beginning setup on Thursday, July 30, 2020 may be available.
  • If you are planning to sell food of any kind please contact us in advance to ensure the sales are in compliance with both local laws as well as Long Beach Convention Center’s policies.
  • All exhibitors are responsible for observing and following all national, state, and local laws and policies INCLUDING health requirements which may include vaccine and/or testing requirements.
  • All booths and tables are required to be manned and operated for all public hours of the event and will incur a penalty for failing to respect this guideline. No early breakdowns.
  • Promotions or solicitations by any group, business, service, or event not registered as an exhibitor or sponsor of Midsummer Scream is prohibited without prior written permission of the event producers.
