David Dastmalchian

An award-winning actor, writer, and producer David Dastmalchian is best known for his roles in “The Dark Knight,” the “Ant-Man” film franchise, “Dune: Part One,” “Prisoners,” and starring as Polka Dot Man in James Gunn’s “The Suicide Squad.” His next film projects include appearing in “Oppenheimer” for Universal Pictures, and in Amblin’s horror thriller feature film “The Last Voyage of the Demeter.” On the festival circuit David’s film “Late Night with the Devil” debuted at the 2023 SXSW Film and TV Festival to rave reviews and marked the first project for his recently announced genre-focused production company Good Fiend Films, which aims to produce character-driven projects across horror, sci-fi and fantasy for film, television, audio, and publishing. As an author David turned his childhood passion of penning comic books into a reality with the launch of his “Count Crowley” series, through Dark Horse Comics.
