Scare Actor, Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor. Monica is Deaf and is an advocate for Deaf children and young adults who want to do anything with Halloween and ASL at the same time. Since 2020 Monica has hosted a Deaf Halloween Challenge, spotlighting Deaf businesses with Halloween/Fall items.
