Norman Gidney is a lifelong horror fan and film aficionado, beginning his love for the scare at the age of 5 by watching John Carpenter’s “Halloween”. Growing up on a steady diet of classics like “Phantasm”, “Friday the 13th”, and “A Nightmare on Elm Street” while visiting world class theme parks like Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, he grew a taste for the cinematic and macabre. He set out to share his passion for all things spooky with the rest of the world by creating HorrorBuzz.com in 2015 and is honored to be a part of the Haunt Family that is Midsummer Scream.
