The following must be completed before a booth space is considered confirmed:

• Paid invoice for a table or booth space.
• A signed Season’s Screamings 2022 Exhibitor Contract.

By Thursday, November 17, 2022 the event the following items are due:

Proof of insurance (UPLOAD INSURANCE CERTIFICATES HERE) with the following:

Minimum coverage: General Liability Aggregate Limit: $2,000,000; General Liability Each Occurrence Limit: $1,000,000; Damage to Premises Rented: $100,000.

Exhibitor must list the following as “Additional Insured” on their policy from the day of their setup (Thursday Dec 1, 2022) through event breakdown (Sunday, Dec 4, 2022):

Copies of insurance certificates with the aforementioned names listed as additional insured must be provided to the Event by Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022.

Exhibitor is expected to hold and maintain their own workers’ compensation insurance, employer’s liability insurance and comprehensive general liability insurance.

CA Seller’s Permit Status: If required and outstanding, upload your seller’s permit here. For vendors making sales subject to CA sales tax, proof of a valid CA sales permit is required. Info on obtaining a temporary sales permit can be found here.
To confirm your CA sales permit is valid, visit this site, click the link “Verify a Permit, License or Account”, enter your number, and choose “seller’s permit” from the drop down list. (We use this same tool to confirm your sales permit is valid – if it doesn’t work for you, it won’t work for us!)
