Like many haunted house owners, Bruce Stanton’s story started as a kid and his love for Halloween. In 2000, he started a home haunted house, which ran for 8 years. This event grew from a small yard display with 40 people attending, to a full walk-through haunted house with over 4,400 people attending. Bruce turned his home haunt into a professional haunted house in 2008. Today, the Reign of Terror is a 115-room haunted attraction, featuring 9 unique themes covering over 25,000 square feet. Although the Reign of Terror is a full professional event, it truly is a hobby of Bruce’s. He has a full-time sales career in the dental implant industry. Bruce’s love and passion for Halloween and haunted houses is the driving force behind ROT. What makes his attraction such a stand-out, is the attention to detail and all the extra steps that go into each year’s production. The Reign of Terror would not be what it is today without all the great people that help make it possible.
