Preston has been running haunts for 29 years. Rotten Apple 907 has developed into an iconic Burbank haunt that draws people from all over Southern California, and is highly-rated for both the amount of scares, and for the quality of set design. Preston has tackled animatronics, pneumatics, electronics, mini-processors, AC/DC wiring (yes, the haunt has both), RGB lights, programmed light and prop control, prop construction, flat building, and fire department permits and inspections.
