ABOUT
Rob Minkoff is an animator, director, and producer whose credits include The Lion King, Stuart Little, and Mr. Peabody & Sherman, among others. He began his career at Walt Disney Feature Animation after attending CalArts in the Character Animation program. Rob studied under Eric Larson, one of Disney’s Nine Old Men, and was mentored by Chuck Jones, creator of the Coyote and Road Runner, and director of many of the best Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck cartoon shorts. He’s currently working on a new animated feature entitled Blazing Samurai based on Mel Brooks’ classic comedy, Blazing Saddles, featuring the voices of Samuel L. Jackson, Ricky Gervais, and Michael Cera.
